Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance
The PEM-500 Series flowmeter is flanged for direct pipeline installation. For most configurations, a 5 × DN upstream and 3 × DN downstream straight pipe length is recommended, except for the CP version, which allows installation without straight sections.
Electrical connections are factory-terminated for convenience, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Optional PP-PEM junction boxes (IP67) simplify wiring in the field. The meter requires no routine recalibration due to its non-mechanical measuring principle, and the optional remote HMI panel facilitates configuration, diagnostics, and real-time flow monitoring.
