1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Buyer remorse or change of mind

  • Incompatibility with other equipment

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer

  • Delay in shipping due to third-party logistics


2. Damage on Arrival (DOA)

If your product arrives visibly damaged, you must:

  • Notify us via info@stalwartshopping.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item

  • Include your order number and delivery reference

We may offer repair, replacement, or partial compensation at our sole discretion.


3. Warranty Claims

Some machinery and electronic items may include manufacturer warranties or limited service support. These warranties are:

  • Subject to the original manufacturer’s terms

  • Not handled directly by Stalwart LLC unless explicitly agreed

  • Valid only if the item is not tampered with or misused

Warranty claims must be submitted with a valid purchase invoice and product serial number.


4. No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Services (installation, maintenance, consultancy) once rendered

  • Partially used or opened consumables

  • Software licenses or digital content

  • Discontinued or clearance products

In the rare case of an overpayment or duplicate transaction, please email us with full transaction details for review.


5. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales

All B2B purchases are binding, non-cancellable, and non-returnable, as goods are often procured, manufactured, or modified specifically for the buyer.

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for:
